Why Petly Plans?
Petly Plans provides preventive veterinary services for one year, with the cost divided into 12 affordable monthly payments. If you have a puppy or kitten plan, you can upgrade your plan as your pet ages into adulthood.
All plans include:
- Preventive care examinations and core vaccines
- A copay examination fee on scheduled visits
- Additional discounts on eligible items not included in the plan

Adult Petly Plans Overview
Every pet has a unique set of needs. Our adult Petly Plans offer an array of options to choose from and our team can help you select the right plan to best meet your pet's needs.
Our Adult Plans
Bronze includes biannual preventive care examinations, core vaccine boosters, and basic laboratory tests necessary to help protect pets against illness and disease.
Silver includes all benefits of our Bronze Plan with the added benefit of annual wellness blood work.
Gold is designed to keep your pet healthy and happy during the prime years of life. This plan also includes our routine dental cleaning package.
Platinum is our most comprehensive plane, which ensures we're looking at the types of diseases and conditions that affect pets in all stages of their lives.
Routine dental cleaning packages include:
- Pre-anesthetic examination
- IV catheter & fluids
- General anesthesia
- Heart monitoring
- Scale and polish of all teeth
- Fluoride treatment
- Hospitalization
*Extractions and/or medications not covered

Our Puppy and Kitten Plans
Gold includes all the preventive care examinations, core vaccines, and basic laboratory tests necessary to help protect pets against illness and disease.
Platinum is designed for comprehensive care during the first year of a pet's life and also includes our routine spay or neuter surgery package (must be altered before 8 months of age).
Routine spay or neuter packages include:
- Pre-anesthetic examination
- IV catheter & fluids
- General anesthesia
- Heart monitoring
- Surgical procedure
- Hospitalization
- Antibiotic injection
- Pain injection
